01

Local intent to workflow

Describe a filing task in Chinese or English. Mac 2.0 parses it on-device into a reviewable draft and saves nothing until you explicitly adopt it.

02

Reusable workflows

Combine file conditions with move, batch-rename, and Finder-tag actions. Every run still begins with a reviewable preview.

03

Preview before action

Scan in read-only mode, inspect the real plan, then decide what should change.

04

Content-based duplicates

SHA-256 fingerprints compare file contents instead of relying on filenames alone.

05

Safer batch rename

Preview old and new names, detect collisions, and avoid overwriting existing files.

06

Local by design

Scanning, classification, fingerprints, rename plans, history, and reports stay on your device.

Safety boundary

Your files stay yours.

Guizhi Box processes file information on your Mac or PC. The current public releases contain no advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or usage analytics.

Important files still deserve a reliable backup. Changes inside cloud-synced folders may propagate to the cloud and other devices.

Common questions

Clear answers before you start.

Does Guizhi Box upload my files?

No. The current Mac 2.0 and Windows 1.1 releases do not upload filenames, folder paths, or file contents, and do not send usage analytics.

What is new on Mac?

Mac 2.0 adds on-device intent parsing in Chinese and English on top of reusable workflows. A description becomes a reviewable draft and is saved only after explicit adoption.

Can it delete files automatically?

Duplicate, empty-folder, and nested-folder suggestions are left untouched by default. Cleanup actions require your explicit selection and use the system Trash or Recycle Bin when the platform can guarantee it.

What about cloud-synced folders?

Downloaded files inside Finder or Windows sync folders can be handled like local files. Moving or renaming them may still sync to the cloud and your other devices.

Which languages are included?

Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Vietnamese.
